Radish Salad With Walnuts And Mint


This unusual combination of ingredients makes an outstanding salad. The spiciness of the radish, with the freshness of the mint and the nuggetty flavor of the walnuts, makes a perfect union. 

Simplicity: easy

Time-Consuming: 20 minutes

Taste: salty

Recommendations: you make it up to 2 hours in advance. 


Ingredients: 

1/4 cup walnuts

2 cups radishes, cut into quarters

Himalaya Pink Salt

1/4 cup Basic Lemon Vinaigrette (click for recipe)



Steps:

1- Preheat oven to 350°F. Toast walnuts on a rimmed baking sheet, tossing once, until golden brown, 8–10 minutes. Let cool; crush with the flat side of a chef’s knife.

2- Arrange radishes on a plate. Lightly season with salt and pepper and drizzle vinaigrette over; top with walnuts and mint.
